Do I use my own motorcycle? Yes, it's best to take the SRC on the bike that you use most frequently?
What do I need to bring to the course? You'll need your bike registration and proof of insurance. Your bike will need to pass a technical inspection using the MSF T-CLOCS form. Any motorcycle that has any issues that would affect handling or control will not be allowed in the course.
Is there any training after the SRC? Yes, we offer the 5 hour Enhanced Rider Cornering and Traction Management (ERCtm) clinic that is held on a closed controlled paved circiut at the Yamhill Co. fairgrounds in McMinnville. This course begins where the SRC leaves off. The emphasis is on proper cornering lines, braking in a curve, swerving in a more real world atmosphere. This training is in association with the Oregon Motorcycle Safety Alliance® (OMSA).
